1. Tree pose


The tree pose yoga movement is a basic pose for training balance and also increasing body flexibility. The method is quite easy, first start by standing straight. Then, place both palms in front of the chest.

For the legs, bend the knees outwards away from the body and stick the soles of the feet on the thighs as shown above. Hold this movement for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, switch to the other leg and repeat the movement.

2. Downward-facing dog


In this position the body is in the shape of an inverted V, where the head is facing down. First, start by bending down placing both hands on the mat. Then, the position of the palms must be further forward than the shoulders.

Next for the leg position, place your knee on the mat bending. Next, lift your knee against the mat until your leg is straight from end to end. You can see an example of the movement as shown above.

Make sure your body is straight, don't bend while doing this pose. Maintain this position while taking 5-10 deep breaths.

3. Cat-cow


Cat-cow is one of the most important movements when starting yoga, especially for those of you who have back pain problems. Doing this movement regularly provides a good stretch for spinal health.

You can see the movement like the image above. Place your palms and knees on the mat , then stretch your spine by bending and straightening your body. Feel slowly that your spine should always remain straight.

4. Mountain pose


Mountain pose is one of the simplest yoga moves. Stand still with your chest open and your hands at your sides. This movement is also used to analyze your posture, whether your posture is correct. Lest during this time your shoulders slanted to the side or you are too slouched.

You can start doing this movement by standing up straight. Then feel in your back feels really straight. Position the hands beside the body with open arms.

5. Yoga child's pose movement


This is one of the most relaxing, relaxing moves after any other yoga move. Whenever you feel overwhelmed or feel tired, relax in this child's pose . From the downward-facing dog pose you were doing earlier, lower your buttocks down, tucking your knees and the backs of your feet into the mat.
