Once upon a time, Jang Dong Soo very coincidentally encountered a serial killer named Kang Kyung Ho.
In that first encounter, Kang Kyung Ho attempted to kill Jang Dong Soo by stabbing him several times.
However, it turns out that Kang Kyung Ho's efforts failed. Therefore, he fled from the scene.
Meanwhile, Dong Soo survived and underwent treatment at the hospital. His men are ready to take revenge on other gangster groups.
However, Dong Soo is sure that the person who stabbed him was not a thug and he is very vengeful towards Kang Kyung Hoo.
Then Jung Tae Suk appears, a police officer who asks for information about what happened to Dong Soo. Initially Dong Soo refused the offer to work together, but in the end he invited Tae Suk after successfully tracking down Kyung Ho's whereabouts.
