Caviar is a special type of food made from fish eggs. This food has a fairly expensive price so not everyone can buy it.

Quoting from journal.ipb.ac.id, there are four types of caviar extracted by caesarean section on female sturgeon fish . The types of caviar include ossetra, sterlet, beluga and sevruga.

Caviar also has various kinds of nutrients such as vitamin B12, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin B6, iron, calcium, magnesium, selenium, and others which are useful for improving blood circulation and

improving the nervous system.

Generally, a person consumes caviar not only as a main dish, but also as an alternative medicine to treat certain diseases.

Here are some of the benefits of caviar that are useful for maintaining a healthy body:

1. Maintain eye health

Caviar is very beneficial for maintaining eye health because this food contains omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A, and the antioxidant lutein. These ingredients are known to prevent the risk of eye diseases, such as retinal disorders, dry eye syndrome, and macular degeneration.

2. Maintain bone health

Caviar has a high content of vitamin D and calcium. These ingredients are good for maintaining bone health. When consumed regularly, these foods can function to overcome diseases such as osteoporosis.
